Cardio Exercise Class in Charlotte NC

With the New Year just a few days away, a lot of you are planning New Year’s Resolutions.  A great New Year’s Resolution is to lose weight, and if you are serious about doing this, then a great way to lose weight is cardio exercise.  If you want cardio exercise, then why not try the Latin Dance Course at Dancers Unite?

The Latin Dance Course is a high energy class that’s a great workout!  A fun thing about it is when you take the course you’re not just burning calories, you’re learning wonderful Latin Dances: Salsa, Cha Cha, Merengue, Bachata, Rumba and the Hustle!
